The most ordinary American homeless in the state of Connecticut found a check on the street one night. The amount of the check was entered decently and that would have been enough for Elmer Alvarez for a long time.
But the man, who due to life circumstances found himself without a house or money, decided to find the owner of the check for $10,000 in order to return it.
It turned out that the check was accidentally deposited by the director of the real estate company, Robert Hoskey. By the time Alvarez called her and told her about his find, she didn’t even know she had lost the check.
The woman was very touched by the act of the man, who decided to act according to his conscience and she decided to help him. Roberta offered Elmer an education in real estate and then promised to hire him.
In addition, she provided housing for her future employee.
Admittedly, Hoskey imposed a very important condition on Alvarez. When everything improves in his life, he himself will have to help a homeless man.
The man was very grateful to Roberta and assured her that he would try so that she would not regret believing in him and giving him a chance to change her life.
