Huge belly and dirty pants: how is today one of the most handsome men of the 80s

Many fans remember Mickey Rourke for his roles as a biker in Fight Fish and John Gray in Nine and a Half Weeks. Back then, he was a real nice guy, if not a legit beauty.

But that didn’t stop Mickey Rourke from winning over female fans. His gait, charisma and perfect face made girls all over the world go crazy for him. Hollywood beauties were also flattered by her young farewell. That’s why plastic surgery entered Rourke’s life in the early 2000s, dramatically changing the actor’s appearance. Although there are few traces of her once beautiful face, the effects of Botox and facelifts are clearly visible.

Today in his seventies, Mickey Rourke continues to act in films, but also indulges in his hobbies, in particular by attending his favorite boxing club. Of course, age, terrible plastic surgery and an unhealthy lifestyle have made the handsome man of Hollywood’s past look a little different.

Filmed on the streets of West Hollywood, the actor was not in his best shape, to say the least. Mickey wore a light gray T-shirt with unexplained yellow patches on the shoulders and gray sweatpants with brown patches.

Rourke hid his messy hair under a cream-colored cowboy hat and, for some reason, had his hands in his pants.

He was one of Hollywood’s leading actors, and his appearance surprised even his most enthusiastic fans. Many also commented that the operation went wrong and he became disheveled, didn’t look healthy and looked even older.
