It’s hard to believe that the dog and the owl will become really good friends, but Tanja Brandt proved it to us with her photos. A professional animal photographer, she is also a collage artist from Germany.

Ingo the Malinois and Poldi obviously volunteered to pose in the photos as they look adorable in each of them.

The dog Ingo always wants the owl Poldi by his side and he always wants to protect and watch over him. Tanja says Poldi just doesn’t know how to live alone.

Tanja runs out so that the dog walks beside her, while the owl stays on her arm.

Poldi doesn’t know how to live alone, he would probably hurt himself if she let him go.

Sometimes this unique couple walks alone so that Poldi is on Ingo’s back.

Poldi was the youngest of seven babies and narrowly survived.

Compared to its siblings, this owl is really small. It even hatched a little later than the others, two days later.

He desperately needed love and care.

But that’s why when it comes to Ingo, he’s a real protective dog. He is a Belgian shepherd who has not had a very easy life, but he comes from a family of police dogs.

When this beautiful dog realizes his friend needs care and protection, he’s always there.

We can all watch them because they look so cute together.

If they have other obligations, they sometimes separate a bit, but they are always happy to come back to each other. They love spending time together.
