Kenyan photographer Machiri Frames met a homeless boy named Sammy in a Nairobi park. Sammy said he had been living down the street with his lover for some time.
They met on the streets of Nairobi and their friendship grew into a love affair. The photographer decided not to leave this couple without attention – last Valentine’s Day he organized an inspirational photo shoot with their participation.
“Inspired by love in its simplest form, we celebrated Valentine’s Day with this wonderful couple. In fact, beneath all the dirt and shabby clothes, there are beautiful personalities who can blossom if given the chance,” the author writes on her website “There is no discrimination in love, and here is the proof.
