Before meeting RSPCA staff, Ivor was abandoned by five families. At first the puppy was afraid of people, but the center staff did not deprive him of care and attention. Soon he learned to trust and love again, and became a real charmer.

Last December, Ivor finally found a home. Its new owner, Ellie Bromilou, immediately fell in love with it, despite its peculiarity.

The hostess trains Ivor in a special sign language. “He has already learned the command ‘sit’ and ‘come’ from staff at the RSPCA center, and he is learning other commands. Now he knows “lie down”, “wait”, and now he learns “roll over”. said the woman.

“Having a deaf dog is like having a hearing dog. We communicate through gestures when I train him and I talk to him a lot, even if he doesn’t hear a word,” says Ellie.

Ivor is a wonderful dog. He loves to walk and has an excellent sense of smell. Owners often arrange games for him, hiding treats around the house.
