THE DINNER WITH FRIENDS WHERE FLORENT PAGNY AND AZUCENA FIRST MET
In 1992, when he “was at the bottom of the hole”, Florent Pagny met the woman of his life. She is a painter and model of Argentine origin.
She barely speaks French, but their hearts knew how to speak the same language that evening, around a dinner with mutual friends. This woman is Azucena Caamaño.
Very quickly, the pair became inseparable and even decided to go live in Patagonia, in Camarones. Since their new home, they go through hardships together, including the controversy surrounding the singer’s tax exile.
They will also live happy events such as the birth of their children: Inca, in 1996, and Aël, in 1999. Finally, decided that they could no longer live without each other, the couple married in 2006 .
The man has never hidden his happiness alongside Azucena. Thus, during his interviews, the singer often declares to be someone lucky, but also to have become a completely different man, living an almost perfect happiness alongside his other half.

According to the confidences of another friend of the couple, Florent decided to no longer have a manager and to associate with his wife when his career restarted.

Facing Nikos Aliagas, Inca and Aël’s dad said he discovered a lot there. He explained that he had impacted nature thanks to his wife and thanks to the country where she comes from. He was even sure he could go farm there.
“All of a sudden, your life has another meaning. Driving three hours on a road and not crossing a car, I’ve never seen that! You don’t wake up with the same motivations as when all of a sudden you wake up in Paris and you have to be on the phone… So I like the alternation! Today, I could not live without one or the other”,
he confided.
And yet, if going to Patagonia seemed obvious to the singer, his wife admitted to having been confused by this choice.
Invited on the set of the show “Vivement dimanche”, in November 2021, Azucena Caamaño explained that she had doubts:
“For me the risk was that I had left there to come and live in Paris. And he brings me back again. I don’t know if he fell more in love with Patagonia or with me”
Finally, the singer has recently decided to become a “French resident with his wife” again and has put down his suitcases in France. Unfortunately, for the time being, the couple must face the cancerous tumor who was diagnosed with it.

In 2017, Florent Pagny revealed on this show that he had partnered with his wife in an online cosmetics company. Apparently, Azucena had been creating organic beauty products for 6 years that she sold on the Internet.
These products were made in Clermont-Ferrand, from rosehip, a plant that the couple harvested in their huge property of 4000 hectares in Argentina. Unfortunately, the company struggled to take off.
Despite this, he continued to support her, without expecting any financial compensation. Apparently, he was doing it only out of love.

When people ask me what I do, I say that I am a producer, a secret manager, that I take care of logistics, an organizer in four different countries, two continents. In fact, he swirls in front and I sweep behind”,
she revealed.
Florent Pagny, meanwhile, explained how essential she was to him and that once they both settled their violins, there is nothing that can stop them. Definitely, with her, he has the intimate conviction of being able to accomplish EVERYTHING.
