See before and after photos: the designers radically transformed the space with the help of redevelopment and new design.
Kitchen before renovation
The kitchen was isolated, with access to the balcony. Wooden furniture, decorative plaster, multi-level ceiling – I wanted to replace all this.
Kitchen after renovation
The kitchen was combined with the living room, and a refrigerator was installed in the place of the old doorway. The kitchen set was made to order, it was divided into two parts: the part that is located on the axis with the soft zone was highlighted with the color and texture of the facades, reminiscent of oxidized metal. Also on this axis is an island with facades in the same finish. The second part of the kitchen is made in the color of the living room walls – it does not attract much attention.
Living room before renovation
The living room had sliding doors that open onto the hallway and hallway. Ceilings with built-in spots around the perimeter – this solution is already outdated. The furniture was also far from ostentatious and classy.
Living room after renovation
The first step was to simplify the ceilings and select modern, stylish lighting in the form of a chandelier and sconce. The walls were decorated with moldings. The dining area was moved into the living room and supplemented with high-quality furniture.
An important element in the interior of the hallway and living room are decorative sliding partitions in a dark graphite shade; they serve as the main accent at the entrance to the apartment. The partitions are made of MDF and glass.
Bedroom before renovation
The bedroom had a niche for a wardrobe. The interior looked cold and uncomfortable.
Bedroom after renovation
The designers proposed swapping the bedroom and nursery places and completely redoing the interior concept. We used many different materials and textures. Silk wallpaper was used in the bedroom – this gave the interior intimacy and a certain cozy sophistication.
Children’s room before renovation
I wanted to make a more elegant and graceful interior. So that the room can grow with its owner.
Children’s room after renovation
We chose an interesting bed model with smooth, playful lines. The textures and colors of the fabrics were selected to match the wallpaper and the overall palette of the room, but it was the upholstery fabrics that gave the room a finished look and comfort.
Bathrooms before renovation
I wanted to add splendor, quality materials, and interesting details to the interiors of the bathrooms. Before the renovation they were very boring.
Bathrooms after renovation
In the master bathroom, large-format porcelain tiles were used in combination with microcement. Large sheets with an expressive pattern acted as an accent, and calm walls became a complement to it.
In the guest bathroom, the finishing is made in the same material on the walls and floor, but in different formats and installation methods. We wanted to create a feeling of naturalness and integrity, so the authors of the project chose porcelain stoneware that imitates natural sandstone.
Corridor before renovation
The corridor and hallway had a rather boring interior with plain walls, glossy floors and dark doors. I wanted to create an atmosphere and mood that would be felt from the doorstep.
Corridor after renovation
Moldings were used in the corridor and hallway, inside of which decorative plaster with a pearl effect was made. In different lighting it shimmers a little, which creates a special atmosphere.
